This notice explains what happens to the details you share with Haul at Sea (“Haul”, “we”) through haulatsea.com.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your name, email address, how many adults and kids would travel with you, and the collecting interests you choose.
- If you send a partner inquiry: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number if you give one, and whether you are interested as a vendor, exhibitor or sponsor.
- How you found us: if you arrived through a referral or campaign link, the code in that link, the page you signed up on, and the website that sent you. This is stored in your browser for up to 30 days so a later signup is still credited to the link that brought you.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.
How we use it
- To send you updates about the sailing: dates, cabins, pricing, programming and booking.
- To reply to partner inquiries and discuss taking part.
- To understand which partners and campaigns bring people to Haul.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored in Haul’s own customer database, hosted by Supabase in the United States. The site is hosted by Vercel. Only the Haul team can see your details, and only to run the sailing and talk to you about it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the sailing and anything that follows it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, at any time. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. For anything else, write to us at the contact address that will be published on this page.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date above.
